About

A bookbinder is responsible for physically assembling the contents of a book. The trade is highly specialized, in some cases a book needs dozens of operations to complete successfully. Today's bookbinders are either individual craftspeople working in a shop, or commercial bookbinders overseeing production facilities to produce books en masse.
