Real Estate Broker

About

A real estate broker represents sellers or buyers of real estate.

Depending on the jurisdiction, these professionals may fall into one of four categories: seller's agents; buyer's agents; dual agents; and transaction brokers.

The primary difference between a real estate agent and broker is that a broker can own a real estate firm or hire agents to work for them.
