Stained Glass Artist
About
Stained glass artists design and create artworks etched or painted onto glass.
Often working with cultural institutions, churches, or art galleries, artists cut glass pieces into specific patterns, wax pieces into place, prepare glazes and paint artwork onto the finished glass.
The practice of staining glass as an artform has been around for hundreds of years, but new advances in technology have enabled a new wave of artists to make their name.
