The newsroom was a better place with Taylor in it: they had a knack for using their editing skills to make even the best journalists' pieces that little bit more punchy and appealing to readers - so much so, the new podcast department wanted their to help with their slate of projects.

Editors need strong writing, interpersonal, listening and speaking skills. They must be curious, creative and have diligence and attention to detail. They also tend to possess strong storytelling skills.
