Talent Director

A talent director, also known as a casting director, sources, curates and selects individuals for roles in film, television, radio, theatre, fashion shows, and other productions.
Working closely with producers, directors and agents, they determine the talent needs of a production before gathering potential options for auditions and interviews. Their role is to take hundreds or even thousands of hopefuls and curate a shortlist of top talent to be selected for roles.
